In the terms and conditions:
“Application/Apply-ing” means the process you undertake when you apply for a Wishbox account which includes the provision of Personal Information and an identification process via the website.
“Contribution” means the amount guests deposit towards an account/event.
“Contributor” means the person making a donation into an account/event
“Personal Information” includes name, date of birth, current address, previous addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail address, occupation, driver's license number, credit reference reporting, bank account details, credit card details, logon identification numbers, pin numbers, passwords, security codes.
“Website” means Wishboxco.com.au
“Wishbox” means the package you receive upon closure of your account. This includes: Congratulations Card, special messages from contributors, contributions disclosed (if any) and transaction receipt (or cheque).
A reference to “we”, “us” or “our” is a reference Wishbox Co Proprietary Limited.
A reference to “you” or “your” is a reference to the person who is taken to agree to these terms and conditions under Clause 2.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
3.2 Wishbox Co makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, concerning the operation of this site, or any related information, content, materials or products, except as required under applicable laws.
3.3 Wishbox Co shall not be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of the materials, products, services or information described and/or contained in this site and assumes no responsibility for the user's use of them. In no event shall Wishbox Co be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages including, but not limited to, procurement or substitute goods or services, loss of use, data, or profits, or business interruption.
3.3 This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury, including but not limited to those caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
3.4 Wishbox Co does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials, products, services or information in this site. Changes may be periodically made to the content of our materials, products, services or information in this site and these changes may or may not be reflected in the materials or information as presented in the site. Additionally, due to the dynamic nature of the Internet, materials and information freely available one day may be restricted the next day, or undiscoverable due to changes in the organisation of menus, homepages or files.
|4. Agreeing to the Terms and Conditions|
4.1 These terms and conditions apply to each Wishbox Co user
4.2 You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by contributing, applying, purchasing, activating, using, or attempting to use the Wishbox Co service/product.
5.1 A processing fee is added to all contributions and is subject to change at any time. See http://www.wishboxco.com.au/wishbox/contribute/ for the current rate (which will be displayed once you enter your contribution amount and 'click to continue'.
5.2 Wishbox Co accepts payments via Direct Deposit or Cheque.
5.3 If elected, contributors have the right to remain anonymous. Anonymous contributions will not be disclosed due to privacy reasons without written consent from the contributor.
5.4 We will not be accountable for extended delays or fees associated with direct deposits or cheque clearances as these are subject to your financial institution.
5.5 Should an amount received differ to the total contribution originally entered by a guest; the amount received will be treated/handled as per the total contribution.
5.6 Fees incurred from financial institutions as a result of incorrect account details supplied will be passed on to account holders.
5.7 In order to receive your 'Wishbox', we must receive a minimum of twenty contributions.
5.8 If a contribution is made by a company holding an active A.B.N a Tax Invoice can be supplied upon request.
6.1 Wishbox Co will not take responsibility for funds contributed to incorrect accounts. If incorrect funds are contributed to an account; it is the responsibility of the contributor to contact us within 48 hours.
6.2 Refunds will not be supplied once a contribution has been submitted however; Wishbox Co will re-direct the contribution to the correct account providing we have been notified within 48 hours.
6.3 In the event of an incorrect contribution being entered, Wishbox Co will investigate accordingly and it will be at our discretion to determine whether a refund or transfer of funds to another account is warranted and/or possible.
7. Security & Financial Information
7.1 Personal information such as credit card numbers are encrypted using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology before they are sent via the internet. This method is used by millions of people to shop over the internet. You will know that SSL is active when you see a solid lock or key. All data is secured using 128 bit encryption.
7.2 Your sensitive information is protected via the same SSL technology outlined in 7.1.
8. Website Changes
8.1 We may alter the terms and conditions at our discretion in accordance to fixing errors or in response to customer complaints or for necessary changes to our processes.

9.1 Wishbox Co is not responsible for the privacy practices of sites that are linked to this site via hyperlinks, banner advertising or otherwise. Please take care at all times to check whose site you are visiting.
